Hasan Al-Akraa, came to Malaysia with his family when he was 12 years as a Syrian refugee. Through many difficulties living as a refugee, he never gave up hoping for a better life. In 2016, he founded The Al-Hasan Volunteer Network overseeing projects supporting the livelihood and education of the refugees in Malaysia.
