MCMC is a government agency that deals with telecommunications and multimedia issues in Malaysia. They operate a helpline where victims of cybercrime, including tech-facilitated sexual violence crimes, can report the crime and seek assistance. Complainants can also send an email together with screenshots and URL links of the offensive posts
